The restaurant inside is like old pub, should be cozy and nice. However waitress that was working with us was unpleasant and unhelpful. Food itself was kind of normal, not very tasty nor very bad eatable, however very forgettable and I would not come back to this place by myself for lunch or dinner. View all feedback.
Cocktails, feeds, they ordered various types of meat, fish and salates, suppening and desserts, the inner, the waitress, the prices and even the garderobe was joking and a very beautiful woman. I would also like to show the Martini cocktail with skyberry syrup, which I forgot the name, it is huge and very tasty. and the chocolate fond with ice is just a dream. if they want to eat, drink them delicious and not spend millions at the same time, they are here. quality is what they need. The prices are normal. Portions are good, salads in general can be considered as an independent dish. But the speed of filing upset, in my opinion for a long time. And so everything is good, clean, comfortable and most importantly delicious. Цены нормальные. Порции хорошие, салаты вообще можно рассматривать как самостотельное блюдо. Но вот скорость подачи огорчила, на мой взгляд долго. А так всё хорошо, чисто, уютно и главное вкусно.
When we were in Murmansk in winter, we dined three times at Thomas. Everything is very tasty, satisfying, the portions are quite a decent size. The beer is excellent. 4 stars service, had to wait quite a long time. There are a lot of people in the evenings, it is better to book a table in advance. It was cold in the hall, but they refused to give us a blanket, they said that blankets are given out only to those who are on the veranda. Когда были в зимой Мурманске, три раза ужинали в Томасе. Все очень вкусно, сытно, порции вполне приличного размера. Пиво отличное. Обслуживание на 4-ку, ждать приходилось довольно долго. По вечерам народу много, столик лучше бронировать заранее. В зале было холодно, но плед нам дать отказались, сказали, что пледы выдают только тем, кто на веранде.
This restaurant is racist! They treated us badly from the moment we entered the door! When our companion went to order, they pushed us. Didn't the waiter hear us? They ignored us! We pressed the service bell countless times! They also gave us a very cold room and made us wait for 50 minutes without taking our order, even before the guests who came after us started ordering! It gave us a very bad travel experience. We originally liked the city of Murmansk! Now we are in a very bad mood because of this restaurant. We will post this incident on our Chinese social platforms and will not let our companions come to this restaurant again!
