RIDGE RD.MUNSTER. CHAOS!PREORDERED,WENT IN,VERY BUSY. SOME ORDERS ON.THE COUNTER,ASKED THE LADY THE GIVING OUT THE ORDERS,GAVE HER MY NAME,SHE ASKED PICK UP,I SAID YES,SPELLED OUT MY NAME. WITHOUT SAYING A WORD SHE TURNS AROUND AND KEEPS FULFILLING ORDERS.SO I'M WAITING, PEOPLE COMPLAINING OR GETTING ORDER WRONG.AFTER ABOUT 30 MINS I ASK HER ARE YOU EVEN WORKING ON MY ORDER,THE MANAGER JUMPS IN FIRST COME,FIRST SERVE(SHE HAD NO IDEA OF THE SITUATION).I HAD ORDERED ON THE APP,WHICH SAID IT WAS READY WHEN I ARRIVED. SHE REPLIES I ALREADY GAVE THAT OUT,AND GIVES ANOTHER NAME CLOSE TO MINE.AFTER I HAD GIVEN HER ALL MY INFO.WITH AN ATTITUDE SHE SAID I CAN'T DO NOTHING NOW.BY THIS TIME I WAS MAD AND TOLD HER WELL I NEED TO GET MY ORDER YOU SEEN ME HERE ALL THIS TIME AND NEVER KNOWLEDGE ME.OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE TELLING ME YES YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A LONG TIME.AFTER CLOSE TO 45 MINS.THE MANAGER RELUCTANTLY GIVES ME MY ORDER,THE OTHER ONE IS JUST LOOKING AT ME WITH AN ATTITUDE.I RECOMMEND TRYING OUT ANOTHER LOCATION. We celebrated my brother-in-law's birthday, and the staff sang "Happy Birthday" for him. The service was incredible—truly the best we’ve experienced!
