Very nice, but not matching expectations and pricing: Wine is overpriced, food ok to nice, but finally more average than matching the price. Style is obviously a problem and not modern which should be not decisive for nice quality restaurant. Service is also not sufficient...and on the lower end compared to pricing. In total, the food is quite ok, but all the rest is quite difficult and overall pricing does not match... View all feedback.
An einem Samstagabend war ich mit meiner Frau in diesem Retaurant, gleich um 18.30 Uhr. Leider mußte ich um 20 Uhr zu einem Termin. Die Begrüßung war freundlich, der reservierte Tisch wurde zugewiesen, der Mantel vom Service in die Gardarobe gebracht.Ich hatte um kurze Menüfolge gebeten, funktionierte wunderbar. Wir aßen das Überraschungsmenü, wurden gefragt, was wir nicht bevorzugen, Lactoseempfindlichkeit usw. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde exakt eingegangen. Die Speisen waren köstlich, der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Das Lokal war gut besucht, alles angenehme Gäste.Hier stimmen Preis und Leistung! Wir kommen gelegentlich gerne wieder.
Also die Küche im Le Cezanne ist echt gut vor allem Hauptgänge egal ob Fisch oder Fleisch auf den Punkt gebraten.Service bemüht und freundlichDas was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Atmosphäre des Lokals.Sehr helles fast schon krelles Licht,keine Musik und sehr kühl von der Einrichtung Aber was das Essen betrifft wirklich ein Besuch wert.Lamm war sehr sehr gut!!!
My husband and I discovered this jewel of a restaurant on a Friday night in Munich. Since moving here, we have been trying to find a nice french restaurant and I think we found it in Le Cezanne. We happened to have arrived without a reservation, but they had one table for two left for the evening. The hostess was multi-lingual and very friendly. I ordered the escargot and my husband ordered the tuna tartare. Both dishes were equally as delicious. For the entree, my husband ordered the lamb and I ordered the steak. I must say I was jealous of his lamb dish. I will certainly be ordering that on the next visit. But my favorite item of the evening was the flaming apple tart. They also have a very nice wine list. We will certainly be adding this restaurant to our growing list of restaurants that we love in Munich.
Super food, price is right and we had a nice evening! The hygiene concept was also super implemented! We like to come back
Patrick Geay is an excellent cook that prepares simple dishes that are delicious from very fresh seasonal products.
