**Dining at Ruby Tuesday: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** Ruby Tuesday offers a varied dining experience that has left patrons with contrasting impressions. While some diners praise the attentive service and quality of certain dishes, others recount significant disappointments, including long wait times and undercooked meals. Highlights from the menu, like the Hickory Bourbon Salmon, received rave reviews, and servers like Ivee and Brady have earned commendations for their friendliness and efficiency. However, recurring complaints about cold food, unremarkable options, and issues with cleanliness suggest that consistency is a concern. Ultimately, patrons are urged to approach with caution but might still find enjoyable moments amid the uncertainty.

Was Anonym at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
I am in the rule one to prefer the local mother n pop places over the national chains, but I must say that this specific ruby Tuesday was quite impressive. the staff was friendly and at the top of the things, and the food was cooked to absolute perfection. my hair was delictible and juicy and the speck was perfectly crispy. I'm sure I want to visit again. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
Unfortunately, Ruby's experience on Tuesday fell short. Many of the menu options were unremarkable. The atmosphere was unexpectedly chilly, given that it was a 60-degree day with the AC running. The food itself was just average; the ragù lacked flavor, and the potatoes became clumpy and cold. The highlight of the visit was definitely the server, who provided excellent service. Even the endless salad bar seemed to hav... View all feedback.
Great casual spot for a quick dinner! We visited on a Friday night, and while the restaurant was bustling, we were able to get a table without any hassle. The Hickory Bourbon Salmon served with zucchini and rice pilaf was cooked to perfection. It was the main reason we chose Ruby Tuesday for dinner, and it definitely lived up to my expectations—it was fantastic! Our server, Brady, was attentive with our orders and consistently checked on our drink refills. He was also very patient when we needed to split the bill. If you have Brady as your server, you’re in for an enjoyable dining experience.
I ordered the guacamole burger. I love guacamole but I was very disappointed when my sandwich arrived. My bun didn't get grilled so it just sank to the plate in pieces when I picked it up. I got a generous 1 tsp of guacamole that also fell to my plate because it was soaked into the top bun. Again, I also got a generous 1/2 piece of bacon. Of course, that sank to my plate because it was smashed into the top bun. You know, if the top bun was in that shape, there's no eating the bottom bun. I basically paid $20 for 2 mediocre pieces of hamburger.
It 's not a wonder this chain is struggling. We ordered our meals, and you could tell our waiter was doing a lot. In fact it looked like he was the only one that was doing anything. 3-5 waitstaff were sitting in booths or near the door dash door. Our table had an issue with the chicken taco 's (type dish) it comes out and there was no more that 4 pieces of chicken in the tacos! One had just 2 chunks. When we asked the waiter he was quick to take it away, and he brought it to one of the managers who was sitting watching the basketball game who apparently said, it 's measured out so that 's how it comes as when we 're told this we suggest they adjust the name of the dish as it 's called a loaded...item there was nothing loaded about this dish. A small bit of lettuce and a few diced tomatoes were on the side. The table next to us had a problem with the way an item was cooked as well. For some reason they were addressed personally by the manager and even had part of their meal comped. Selective management I guess. My BBQ burger didn 't have any bbq on it but our poor waiter was running from one end of the restaurant to the other and was running the bar while everyone else just sat or hung out at the host stand. I had forgotten why I quit going to this restaurant chain, this visit quickly reminded me why. We won 't be back! To this or ANY other Ruby Tuesday 's restaurant, officially DONE with this chain!
Was there at 11am opening the food was good. The service was great awesome waiter that we had but the problem was the salad bar was in need of refreshing lots of brown lettuce.
