Was really good. First time ther and will go back. Bought an ice cream cake from them and will get more.
Terrible, absolutely terrible. I placed an order for a cake online, and then I received a call from the store telling me they couldn't make it because they were out of the necessary ingredients. If that was the case, why was I even able to place the order after selecting my location? What’s the point of choosing a location if it doesn't actually matter? Then, when I tried to cancel my order, I was informed that I had to either call the customer service number listed on the website or visit the store in person, which is a 30-minute drive for me. They said they can't process refunds for online orders over the phone. So, I called customer service, and they told me they couldn't cancel the pending charge on my card; the best they could do was issue a refund in 2 to 3 days. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Waited inside a half hour left without mt hot coffee with cream and sugar. People behind me got multiple items before me. Awful experience won't be back.
