the business in the inner has such a beautiful series of food and suck, including imported lion from America and American snacks like takis and flauff. hotbox eating also looks good. the best place to stop when they travel to or from brisbane. or the best place to go if they want American bonbons where they can find nowhere else. I spent over $40 on a meal here, and I won't be back! The food was so tough it seemed like it had been cooked the day before, and it was saltier than the Dead Sea. I even tried to give it to my dog, and he wouldn't eat it either, which says a lot! View all feedback.
I rate the BP as an excellent place to shop. It's conveniently located, and the staff are helpful and friendly.
The frozen Coke machine seems to have been neglected for some time, as there was mould present in the drinks. Additionally, milk products, such as the Big Oak iced coffee, were not rotated properly; there were items with expiration dates from December 24th still on the shelf, which should have been removed before the Christmas closure. On a positive note, the staff are friendly, though they tend to be a bit on the quiet side.
It used to be a pleasure to fill up at BP East, but now I don’t even get greeted by the attendant. When I inquired about this, the operator told me I had to come inside to request assistance. Additionally, when I asked to use the air pump for my tires while paying for my fuel, I was told there was no problem, but the air pump wasn’t even set up by 12:30 PM. I've gone in many times to pay for my fuel, and the staff often seem unable to say “please” or “thank you.” They seem to forget that customers are the reason they have jobs. It’s disappointing to see how much things have changed, and unfortunately, it's not for the better.
This place is decent as a corner store, but their gas prices are consistently some of the highest around, which is really off-putting. It feels like they deliberately charge residents more because they're located in an affluent area. Additionally, their paywave system rarely works with phones, and whenever it fails, they always act like it's the customer's fault. I use mobile paywave for all my transactions, and this is the only place where it doesn't work for me. Yet, they insist it's an issue on my end and refuse to address it.
Just spent over $40 on hot food... Never again! It was so hard it may as well have been cooked yesterday and it was saltier than the dead sea. Tried to give it to my dog and not even he wanted it, now that's saying something.
