Was Anonym at Laratinga Cafe a mag?
We visit regularly and it never seems to miss a beat. There's a large bucket of toys, and prams are welcome. The staff are friendly and prompt. I always order the soup (delicious every time) and the kids share a meal. It's a secret tucked away in the Homemaker centre of Mt Barker and overlooks the park. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Laratinga Cafe:
quick trip to the home maker center saw me call the laratinga cafe for a well needed coffee! the go in the caffe seemed beautiful many beautiful cake cookies in the offer, one because lasted to get service .didn not look busy until we realized. there is one opposite on the back with many seats! wow can not describe how terrible this area looked in comparison to the entrance, thought my back would sit tightly on the d... We were close to us and decided to go to lunch. since our previous visit (approx. 5 years) a past. there was 1 customer waiting for a retreat before our order, and the only other males (4) had already been served their commands. So not too busy considering that it was just after lunch. placed our order and waited 20 minutes only for the coffee. but a trio that was well served after us got their drinks about 5 minutes after they had set themselves and before a couple who had ordered them. eating after 25 minutes waiting well pre-fried frozen fish from a box and the same for the salt and pfeffer soup was less than impressive. the textures were rubbery and the fish was very bland. the salat was thrown on the plate and the chips with the fish, there hardly. overpriced at $17.95 per meal. no idea how much the coffee was, but that was bitter and not very pleasant at all. does not know whether the caffe has changed the property since our last visit, but this is our last visit.
Great service, excellent coffee one of the best round, and never eat disappointed. simple parking, good seating. love this place and nothing is too much annoyed. we had our two little dogs and they put one table in the shadows for us. highly recommended. chicken battle is delicious!
