Was Anonym at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
We decided to give the restaurant another chance and went back with a friend for drinks and appetizers. We sat at the bar and enjoyed hot and fresh food, but found the drinks to be just okay. The bartender seemed eager to close and made it clear that they were ready to go home starting 30 minutes before closing time. My expectations were quite low. I had not been to Ruby Tuesdays in quite some time. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Asiago Chicken and it was OUTSTANDING...And the salad bar was equally surprising. The service was good and the price was reasonable. Portions were also generous. Short handed, waitress did the best she could. Chowder was starting to turn sour. Salad bar needed to be refilled. But the salmon was great.
It was late and we were tired and that was near the hotel. had their 2 for-$24.99 dinner, that is not a bad deal. the salatable was surprisingly good; the classic burger I had was petty but well prepared when a bit dry. dessert was unstoppable. the fries of my friend were well prepared. It's been a past since I was eating there, but I never had a reason to complain. I was always happy with everything I ordered from steak and lobster to new Orleans style fish.
I walked in with my child, and the hostess seemed judgmental because I was holding a drink from a coffee shop. We were seated in the bar area, where the service was awful, and the food was disappointing. The salad bar, for which they are well-known, didn't even have any decent lettuce. I won't be returning.
Eric, our bartender, was amazing, and when his shift ended, Keri took over and made some incredible margaritas. The deconstructed kabob was delicious. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and Keri is absolutely stunning.
