The food, made of local ingredients was simply delicious, carefully prepared by a skilled chef who clearly knows how to bring out the best of the fresh Tuscan ingredients. The local wine, suggested by the sommelier, was excellent. Everything was served with professionalism and perfect timing. I can highly recommend this restaurant.
