The sandwiches here are definitely lacking. When I requested a deluxe sandwich, they told me they couldn't accommodate that. The service was disappointing as well. Even when ordering through DoorDash and adding extra items, they still got it wrong. The owner has three locations now, but it seems her staff isn't properly trained. If another sub shop opens nearby, I think she could be in trouble. It's really too bad.
