I tried your brioche with jam, took it away yesterday and ate it this morning, unfortunately it was very cloying it looked like hard bread with jam. There is room for improvement, for example the busnago corn brioches which are excellent.
The photos are beautiful but they do not reflect the dirty place, sticky tables and the craft beers that show not even a shadow in the photos, only two types of beer. Place exposed to the sun without air conditioning or rather there is but turned off. Hi asked for a chicken breast breaded but instead of flour, egg and breadcrumbs it was dipped in batter and moreover the fries were saved. Chicken breast, french fries, a beer and a biscuit for dessert and coffee €17.50, the answer is yours.
