The tofu bourguignon was lacking in tofu and instead resembled more of a mixture of carrots, zucchini, and red and green peppers. I ordered extra tofu for $1.75 and received more than what was included in the main dish! On a positive note, their homemade juices are outstanding. However, the place was nearly empty on a Monday night, and at over $30 for the meal, I found it to be overpriced. I doubt they'll last long.
The ambiance is lovely, and the staff is very friendly. It's an excellent spot to spend time with friends. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, ranging from smoothie bowls to vegan comfort food. While the prices are a bit higher than those at most vegan restaurants, it's certainly worth a visit!
I had an amazing experience at Bio Vegan in Montreal! The ambiance is wonderful, and I was truly impressed by the adventurous menu. I've dined there multiple times, and I'm really looking forward to going back. I plan to connect with the owner in a couple of weeks, and I have a feeling this place will gain even more popularity come summer! They also have a nice selection of wine and beer. I tried the Esprit Fort, a homemade juice made with spinach, celery, parsley, apple, lemon, cayenne pepper, and ginger, and it was absolutely delicious. For brunch, I enjoyed the Senor Croqueta Bowl, which featured a delightful corn croquette bursting with lovely Spanish flavors. The portion sizes are generous; the food is quite rich, so you don’t need much to feel satisfied. Overall, the prices are very reasonable given the high quality of the dishes.
The food leans toward the healthy side of vegan cuisine but remains quite tasty. The highlight of Code Vert is definitely the atmosphere. The seating is very comfortable, and the layout is thoughtfully designed. We've only been for brunch so far, but I can see the evenings being perfect for enjoying great food and spending time with friends.
I enjoyed their homemade juice called Esprit Fort, made with spinach, celery, parsley, apple, lemon, cayenne pepper, and ginger—it was fantastic! For my meal, I chose the Señor Croqueta Brunch Bowl, featuring a tasty corn croquette with lovely Spanish flavors. The portions are hearty but not excessive, as the food is quite satisfying. Considering the excellent quality of the dishes, the prices are very fair.
