This is the first time I ordered food from the sheetz in Monroeville. I ordered a Ceasar Wrap when I got home took out the tortilla was stale and dry, and the wrap smell spoiled. Will not go back. View all feedback.
Absolutely disgusting. The soda and iced tea bar were sticky and filthy. There was trash and an unknown liquid all over the floor. The cashiers were actually yelling across the lobby having a conversation with what appeared to be either a regular or anex-employee while attempting to wait on other customers. The worst thing about my visit to this Sheetz was that the entire storesmelled like wet dog. Avoid this Sheetz! Travel a few more minutes down the road and grab something from one of the many otherplaces available!

The service at this Sheetz location is consistently excellent. The wait for food is always worthwhile, and the store, including the restrooms, is consistently clean whenever I visit!
The food and drinks were delicious. However, it was concerning to see an employee dragging an overflowing trash can through the food preparation area. I'm not sure if they realize how much this violates food safety regulations.
Since it’s been so hot, I wanted a frozen latte from Sheetz. I ordered a frozen latte, but when my number was called and I received the drink, it was watery. It seemed the employee didn’t use enough ice. I wasn’t very happy with it. Hopefully, this will improve. Thank you.
