They didn't complete my online order and start fulfilling the order until I arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time. I had to drive back to get the rest of my order. When I called management that they hadn't completed my order, the person on the phone asked if I wanted to get my food another day. I spent $85 for 6 people to eat and one of my older kids meals was missing. I didn't think I would have to feed her in a few days. The person on the phone said you want this now? Not in a few days? I was flaberghasted. The food I'm missing was only made after the senior person and I've watched the entire receipt several times to make sure only what was missing was redone. My wife made the online order and the egg rolls didn't make it in order so I had to buy them while I was there. They were the last in line in the serving bowl. They were terrible. I would think that good customer service would have made fresh egg rolls and not charged me for them. I had to come back to town and argue for my food and buy more of what I thought was already there. I would not recommend eating there.
The food was cold and there was a very strong scent of bleach as the employee was mopping the floor while we were eating
I went thru the drive thru. She didn't listen to what I was saying for my order. The receipt was correct but didn't add my drink. I drove off n the order wasn't mine. I was completely different n whatever this order was smelled so bad! My car stinks!My husband brought it back! Horrible
