Usually top notch fast food, but they still periodically serve you cold fries, extra oily fish dinners, and overcooked beef patties, drive through messes up my order about every 10th visit or so, but makes things right upon request. I wish they could go outside the menu and offer custom burgers with a range of toppings, otherwise I am a Wisconsin native and Culver's can pretty much throw down with any fast food chain and win the battle, just want to see a little more variety in burger toppings.
I went through your drive thru and ordered a single plain butter burger with cheese. On the screen it said double and I tried to get the lady's attention, but the truck ahead of me was very loud, so I waited until I got up to the window. When I got up to the window the lady was going to hand me a bag of food and I said, is that a single or double and she said double and I politely said it's suppose to be single. She rolled up her eyes and in a discusted voice she said, WELL NOW YOU HAVE TOO WAIT and I said that's ok I will wait and she was so angry at me that I said to her, don't be angry at me and in a loud voice she said, I'M NOT and closed the window on me. I had asked to talk to the manager and she closed the window again and ignored me cause I did not need to be spoken to like that. I was so confused on why she was acting like that, it's just a simple mistake on the order and I was willing to pull ahead and wait. I really don't want to deal with her again.
Burgers are getting thinner,and the red onion gives me heartburn. Its usually too packed for me to wait in line,if I want quicker fast food,I have many other options, and I don't eat as much fast food anymore. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Hamburger
