Prep to Table is amazing! We began ordering meals weekly a couple of months ago, and we absolutely love everything! We’ve saved so much time and money by choosing Prep to Table, and we feel great from eating healthier foods. I especially appreciate the dairy-free options, and the food is genuinely delicious! Recently tried out the Meal Prep class with Prep to Table and wow! I'm wondering why I haven't done this sooner. SO EASY. I really enjoyed the class and loved how she broke things down to the basics. For the class, we prepped our own meals and it was SO NICE to have them in the fridge for me to enjoy throughout the week! Just placed my next order for pickup Monday! I can't wait to try more of the recipes... and did I mention how easy it all is? Thank you for providing such a great service to the QCA and always love supporting a woman owned business! Recently took the meal prep class offered by Prep to Table and it was such a great experience! Not only were the meals delicious, I learned so many helpful tips for both sourcing quality, healthy ingredients and preparing balanced meals.
My wife and I were both scheduled to have surgery the same week, therefore we were hoping for a way to get healthy meals easily instead of ordering pizza or having family take care of us. As we got closer I had begun researching what we can do and a friend of mine mentioned Prep To Table. With it being a small business, I spoke with the owner Khloe and she answered all of my questions and concerns. We tried it out for a week. After that week my wife and I set it up for a month. During that time, it was easy to get questions answered, see the various vegetarian and vegan options, and every once in a while an amazing sweet treat. We have not been disappointed yet. These meals are portioned properly, come with heating instructions, and taste great!We've now been using them for a little over 2 months, the delivery driver has been very accommodating and easy to talk to. And in the end, Khloe and the driver asked about our surgeries and how we have been doing. To me, that's beyond customer service, that's taking a business and adding in a caring factor, to them we aren't just money or a number, we are a part of the team and they're just as grateful to have us as we are to have them.Thank you Khloe and the rest of your team!!
Meals from Prep to Table have been a lifesaver for our busy family of 3. For us, convenience is key. Prep to Table allows us to quickly prepare tasty, healthy meals without the hassle of grocery shopping and cooking on our own. And, we have not been dining out as often!I love the variety of pick up locations and ease of ordering online. From start to finish, the process is easy to navigate, and most importantly, the food is excellent. I highly recommend giving Prep to Table a try!
Great recipes. I love how the macros are written right on each meal! The portion sizes are perfect for a balanced lifestyle!High protein, balanced carbs and low fat mostly!Great tasting chicken bowls and more!Prep to Table is super creative and a great addition to the QC area for people who are into fitness and nutrition and overall convenience of healthy meals!
