I've ordered decaf coffee multiple times at this restaurant, but when I get to work, I notice that the label doesn't specify that it's decaf. Unfortunately, I only realize this after I've already had some. I really enjoy the pumpkin flavor, but because I'm sensitive to caffeine, it affects my ability to sleep. The drive-thru service is quite poor! They can only manage one car at a time. I suggest reassigning the same employee who is always at the register in the mornings to a different role.
Be sure to double-check your order before leaving. The strawberry donut is definitely not a chocolate Long John.

Best coffee in Illinois. The team at work consistently serves some of the finest coffee around. The women are always friendly, and the men greet you with a smile. The owner truly cares for his staff and always hires the perfect team.
