Was Anonym at Panda Express a mag?
We recently stopped by for a quick meal while visiting Dave & Buster's. I was impressed with how quickly our food arrived, and the noodles were surprisingly not dry like they have been at other places we've tried recently. We enjoy dining at this restaurant in the shopping center because we can easily make a buffet run and get all of our favorite dishes on one plate. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Panda Express:
I was there yesterday, and they were very busy. There were about 20 to 30 plastic forks lying horizontally in an open container for customers to take. The forks were pointing in different directions, which means that the part that we put in our mouth had been touched numerous times by customers, AND there were discarded straw wrappers in with the forks. Horrible management it seems, staff always looks stressed and not a lot of workers on shifts. Always only one person running line and ringing up and one person cooking, management needs to do better job.
I went into Panda Express and ordered a plate with noodles, honey walnut shrimp, and orange chicken. I was eating my food when I saw there was a hair in the food. I made sure it wasn't mine or my boyfriend's before overreacting but it wasnt either of ours. I was so grossed out I didn't even finish the food.
The management at this restaurant appears to be lacking, with staff members seemingly stressed and limited workers on shift. It's common to see only one person handling both the customer line and ringing up orders, while another is responsible for cooking. Management should strive to improve the efficiency and support of their team.
