I was disappointed to find that they were out of the crispy chicken. When I got home, what I received was nearly inedible—only half an order of coleslaw, and I couldn't find any chicken breasts. The extra crispy chicken was so hard and stale that I couldn't eat it. I won't be returning to this location. View all feedback.
This restaurant needs new management. Their posted hours say they close at 10:00, but they often shut down earlier, claiming it's due to a lack of inventory. It seems like everything they offer is out of stock.

The drive-thru employee was very unprofessional. She handed me back my debit card, drink, and straw all at once, and I nearly dropped one or more of the items. The line was short, so I don’t understand the rush. My spicy famous bowl had nearly an inch of oil from the chicken. Additionally, the pot pie took 25 minutes to prepare. There was also no lemonade available. This place might as well remove items from the menu due to their apparent laziness.
Gave them another try with an 8-piece meal. Only received one breast, and the biscuits were rock hard. The chicken tasted stale. The only positive was that it was delivered in 15 minutes. Mitchell Rd. KFC.
My food was left sitting for a long time, arriving cold and wrong, despite being the only customer there. The service was poor, the food was cold, and it was rather expensive.
