I really enjoy the bourbon chicken, Mongolian chicken, and Kung Pao chicken, and the new strawberry lemonade is fantastic! I've never had issues with the service, but they could improve on the portion sizes. View all feedback.

Food is okay at times. Staff (especially the young lady with the small short dreds) is the worst person to put at the front. I came in for Bourbon Chicken green bean. The girl said 7mins I waited 17 mins for green, she never once acknowledged my presence. I really hate that about this place. View all feedback.
Will never eat here again. The service was fine. The food was bland no taste to the rice or egg roll. If it wasn't for the chicken with the juice that it had it would have went in the garbage. A ten dollar bill and no drink. Mandarin Express in Biloxi is the one I will eat at from now on. Usually one plate feeds my Mother and me with some left. The serving container was the smallest I have ever seen and they still couldn't fill it up. Very disappointed.

First time order with Mandarin Express ... Order was completely wrong and egg rolls and spring rolls were burned! I tried to call and the phone range for at least 10 minutes and no answer ... I wanted to complain to the manager! My ticket shows the correct order but not what I received.
If there were an option for zero stars, this owner would deserve it. The experience was disgusting, and the staff was incredibly rude with terrible customer service! I waited for 20 minutes after placing my order, during which the cashier went to the back and returned to tell me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. After sitting and waiting for another 10 minutes, the owner came out and announced that he had changed his mind and wouldn’t be preparing my order. When I tried to explain that I had already been waiting, he raised his voice and asked if I wanted something else. I will never go back!
