Nestled in Mobile, Alabama, this cozy Wing House is beloved for bold wings, an expansive sauce list, standout seafood and a tear‑inducing Philly cheesesteak. Generous portions, reasonable prices and a varied menu — from fried mushrooms and jalapeño poppers to a popular catfish sandwich — make it a local favorite. Service is often warm and friendly, but inconsistency surfaces: slow orders, occasional rudeness, and delivery mishaps have been reported. Plenty of parking and a casual, clean atmosphere round out the experience — great for casual meals, but double‑check delivery and special requests.
I ordered a grilled shrimp salad delivered and it was fried shrimp when it arrived. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered the phone said: what you want me to do about it? I told him I wanted a grilled shrimp salad sent to me like I ordered. He said I would have to come to the store for them to be able to do anything about it. If I was interested in driving across town I wouldn't have ordered DELIVERY. I asked to speak to a manager and instead of letting me do that the guy just hung up on me. I just wasted $20 on a salad I can't eat and the restaurant offers zero assistance. The picture of the salad on their website even has grilled shrimp on it!
Sent our take-out order without any plastic forks or knives and not even any napkins. No ranch, celery...just wings thrown in a box that weren?t even tasty.
I had a doctor's appointment in the area, and afterward, I was craving wings and fries. While searching for a place, I came across this restaurant, and I was not disappointed. The hospitality and service were outstanding, and the food was absolutely perfect.
Wings were over fried and tasted burnt. The mozzarella cheese sticks side order had half the cheese sticks with no cheese.the shrimp were decent. Jalapeno popper we're ok tasted like it was fried in burnt grease. Hush puppies were the best out of it all.The lady was nice tho. And what place has cheese sticks without Marinara sauce? This place does not have marinara sauce... Tryif you want but I spent 80 something dollars for this was a waste of money.
The wings are great but the customer service is superb! You feel like you're placing your order with a friend. The menu is massive for such a small cozy place and the prices are reasonable. You won't be disappointed.
