The customer service here is by far one of the best I have gotten at any “fast food” establishment! I come here pretty frequently on Fridays and from the cooks to the front end staff, everyone is so incredibly friendly! Even when they are swamped, they still seem to muster up those smiles and keep on trucking! My food is always made perfect and I absolutely love coming here!! Keep it up!! : View all feedback.

We arrived late and quite tired, and it was my first time at Captain D's, so I wasn't very familiar with it. I was impressed by how clean the place was, and the staff was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and professional. I was genuinely surprised at how great the experience was for a fast food restaurant. Coleslaw was bed it was warm left out not cold at all could not eat it FRENCH FRIES were over done it was a bad meal we have gone here at less once a month and it was way better then today
Not as expected, portions were extremely small. Had to find something else to eat after spending $8.50 per person.
The food was cold, and the rice was undercooked. I waited in line for 15 minutes while the cashier was on the phone. I feel like I wasted my $10.
This location was very slow on a Friday afternoon. Went through the drive through. The young man waiting on me was pleasant and helpful. I ordered a couple of misc plates with fish, shrimp and chicken on one and fish and garlic shrimp on the other. The garlic shrimp were actually shrimp tails with some kind of dressing formed shrimp. Fish was dried out, chicken tiny and dry. Okra pitiful, mac and cheese was old. We usually have leftovers that are fit to eat the next day but not this time!!!
I have to say, every question I had about the food was answered without any attitude. The staff seems genuinely happy with their jobs, unlike many fast food places where employees are often stressed or unhappy.
