A superb restaurant. Absolutely tops. Our first visit today was a wonderful experience and we look forward to many return visits. Everything was spot on: food, presentation, wine, venue, vibe and a very polite and cheerful staff. We were totallywon over. I think there are a lot of Tapas bars in Spain that could learn some valuable lessons from Rincon 38. View all feedback.

Love all the tapas and the presentation. Staff is so very helpful and friendly. They were accommodating because I made a reservation for 3 but there were 4 of us. We started by sitting at the bar and we could see their small and well organized kitchen. They moved us to tables when a 5 person became available. The presentation is great!!! View all feedback.
Small and fun little corner restaurant with delicious and inventive Spanish dishes. Real good selection of Spanish wines. Tapas servings are on the heavy side. Some standouts were the albondigas, cauliflower, Carne Bravas, and calimare dishes. They were pretty delightful! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
We stopped in on a Sunday evening for our anniversary dinner. Absolutely loved it. We were able to get their happy hour specials- the house wine (cab), friend cauliflower, and queso frito. Very delicious and filling. We then ordered the seafood paella- it did not disappoint. For dessert we got the coffee chocolate flan- it was sooooooo good. The waiter was super friendly. Cute little restaurant and prices were reasonable, especially with the happy hour- we will definitely be back!
Rincon 38 is a tapas restaurant located in South Minneapolis that offers a nice selection of tapas with bold flavors. The cozy atmosphere and superb quality of the food make it a great spot for a night out with clients, a date, or friends/family. Some of the standout dishes include the Patatas Bravas, which are fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and alioli, and the Ensaladilla Rusa, which is a Spanish potato salad with imported conserved tuna, carrots, peas, and mayonnaise. These dishes are rich and creamy, making them perfect for sharing with a group. For those who love wine they have a great wine selection. The restaurant feature happy hour with a drink and food menu. The “Chardonnay” was nice and crisp from Chile. Overall, a great Minneapolis tapas restaurant that offer bold flavors and wine. If you don’t make reservation I recommend arriving at 4:30 when they open. Seems very busy free 5:30. Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies Dietary restrictions: The restaurant serving staff is equipped to serve anyone with dietary restrictions. Parking: Be prepared to parallel park Kid friendliness: As long as your kids are not very loud. This is a small restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes street level.
Most of the food was amazing though there were some things I wouldn't order again. We liked the dates/Datiles so much we ordered two plates of them. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Recommended dishes: Empanadas, Halibut
Nice quaint Spanish resto, wine selection is excellent and food is just the right portions. I always try to eat a tres leches cake whenever I can and the consistency of it is the standard melt of that cake type (raspberry sauce is interesting though a bit to sweet without the cake neutralizing it) Probably a great date place with someone who enjoys a good wine and a good time rather than bringing a family or big friend group around Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
