**Bep Eatery: A Mixed Bag in Downtown Dining** Nestled in a bustling office building, Bep Eatery offers a fast-casual take on Vietnamese cuisine, allowing patrons to craft their own noodle bowls, fresh rolls, and sandwiches. While the vibrant ambiance appeals to many, opinions on the quality of food are divided. Some laud its fresh flavors and quick service, praising standout items like the vermicelli salad and spring rolls. However, others find the offerings lack authenticity and punch, with criticisms of blandness and inconsistent service hours. Overall, Bep Eatery provides a decent option for those craving Vietnamese food in a hurry, albeit with some caveats.

Was Dawn C at BEP Eatery a mag?
THEY ARE OPEN AGAIN!!! This is not a drill!! I literally visit this location at least 1-2 times per week. They have the best phó (rare steak is the only way to go) for a chilly Minnesota day, but I usually get the spring rolls with extra peanut sauce. I don't feel bogged down by carbs and it's just enough protein to get me through my work day. The sauce has a little kick that keeps me coming back again and again. View all feedback.
What Brian T dislikes about BEP Eatery:
This place is terrible! No Vietnamese people seem to eat here. A good tip would be to swap this location with YUM! (They have something more suitable for the daytime crowd.) View all feedback.
Honestly, I went to this place only by the higher number of reviews than I was looking for Vietnamese restaurants to try a Pho. The restaurant is located in the middle of a busy building in the city center that the size of the place is not too generous. Fortunately, the restaurant was not too busy on Friday noon and I was served for lunch within two minutes. This is a fast food like a Chipotle and I informed the first waitress on the line that I was there for the first time. She was excited and went through all available options in the menu. Since the broth has a chicken in it, I decided to pass on the Pho and instead went a Vermicelli Reissalat with vegetables. One by one, the waiters stacked various proteins and veggies on the Vermicelli line and made them look like a work of art. The checkout was pretty fast and I got extra soy sauce, peanuts and peanut sauce. The food was exceptional without second doubt. This place is quite small and you need to give eight to finish your meal quickly so others do not have to wait for you. Make sure you put on your plate. Don't waste your food!
I loved the food here. Bowl tasted perfect, but my favorite pho. Taste so good. Cheap quality goats
The spring rolls were awful. Rubbery and hard to eat. Expensive for mediocre food.
