My order was completely wrong, and my specific instructions were overlooked. To make matters worse, I discovered plastic in both of my drinks.
I truly hope you continue to offer this drink on your menu—it's my absolute favorite!
My order was messed up and when I asked the manager if she could redo it she said no because they were too busy. She didn 't even offer to reimburse me. The staff in general all seemed off and like they didn 't want to be there. Much better places tospend your money and there are much better Jamba 's out there. Never going back.
