Was Anonym at Primavera a mag?
I could not ask for a perfect day to celebrate our 50th anniversary. jennifer, the event coordinator, has made an excellent job to make this event perfect. she took care of my hands and gave great suggestions to make it perfect. there were many great compliments about the quality and quantity of food and how beautiful the ballroom was through decoration and lighting. it was a fabulous day. What Anonym dislikes about Primavera:
Sunday, 16:20 clock. ordered take-out, waited 10 minutes on the phone after which please put on hold. the command was wrong. ordered linguini w meatballs and sausages and meat lasagne. I've got some meatballs. I have to hold back 15 minutes after ordering. he waited for 30 minutes in cash with beer. finally asked for status of order, waited another 5 minutes until the order came from the kitchen. 5 minutes drive to t... I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service and food were among the worst I've encountered in a long time. While the interior of the building is quite nice, that’s really the only positive aspect. It feels outdated and in need of an upgrade. To make matters worse, I spotted a roach, and after that, I couldn't bring myself to eat the food. There were just too many issues to list.
The staff has consistently displayed professionalism and attentiveness. The service is excellent.
Attentive management and staff. We loved everything. The food presentation is beautiful. The harvest sangria, apple, had been just as I expected, simply delicious. Primaveras is a hidden gem! We cannot wait to return.
We were a group of eight for dinner this evening, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was fantastic, with attentive staff who genuinely seemed happy to be there—it's refreshing to see a full team working with smiles. Unfortunately, it can often feel like staff at restaurants are just going through the motions, but that was not the case here. The presentation of our meals was impressive, and we ended up with plenty of leftovers to take home.
