I observed a fly on my grilled chicken patty, and there were also flies on the patties displayed at the counter. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but they only threw away the patties that had flies directly on them. This raises serious concerns for me about their food safety practices, and I felt quite disgusted. Furthermore, all the vegetables seemed to be lacking freshness. View all feedback.
The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the standout part of my visit was the outstanding employee! She was extremely friendly and even offered to toast my bread extra. Normally, when I ask for extra toppings at Subway, I get confused looks, but she was a pleasant surprise. She consistently checked to make sure I was happy with how she added the toppings and was very polite, saying, "Thank you, sir! Have a nice day!" The sandwich I had was fantastic—definitely above the typical Subway experience. I would happily hire her anytime!
At Subway, I noticed a fly on my grilled chicken patty, as well as flies on the patties displayed at the counter. When I reported this to the staff, they only disposed of the patties with visible flies, which made me seriously question their food safety standards. Additionally, all the vegetables on the menu appeared to be far from fresh, leaving me quite disgusted.
I really like this Subway because they are generous with the meat on their sandwiches. They also offer a great variety of sauces that go perfectly with the meal.
