Very delicate food with relatively lower price; may have even qualified for a Michelin star.
Mamai more in life! We took a Groupon Coupon just to try this restaurant: very serious mistake! First of all the restaurant smells like sewer, but not to say, just like sewer. We were the only customers, but we didn't let ourselves be discouraged: second very serious mistake! Defrosted food of poor quality, with the pretense of a star restaurant presentation! To conclude, the cooks and the waiter greeted us already with a backpack on their backs and a bicycle mounted in the room, ready to escape before us!
After the change of residence of the star-studded Alice, Mamai took over who without presumption wants to follow his style and level, in part he succeeds, managed by two enterprising young men, he offers intriguing delicacies, playful elaborations, culinary hazards of clear school Viviana so much so that , on the menu there is a dish dedicated to her, so it is difficult to find negative notes at these levels of excellence and creativity, if not looking for egg hair which we find a little in the excessive flavor of the excellent fish soup and in the appetizers of cruderie always of fish where it has happened to be in the mouth annoying grains of salt, but I repeat to repeat it is a matter of looking for the defect at all costs the prices, although not cheap, are perfectly in line with the typology, indeed less. A few small adjustments here and there, greater attention and the star can become reality and not just a mirage ..... Unfortunately another excellent (perhaps not understood) restaurant that has closed ... now the sign indicates COUS COUS RESTAURANT .... of clear Sicilian inspiration ....

An authentic journey of Flavors. The appetizer (raw fish) superlative, to be tasted with the mind and really makes you dream. Also the latter, sweetbreads and fava beans made and combined with perfection, recommended. The first course, Risotto with marjoram, was anyway a step below the antipasti, the leek was phantom, it was not very much known. Waiting times between courses have been managed correctly despite how many people complain, in the sense that it is not a place where you have to go binge is a place to taste. And for this we need the right time. If you find yourself waiting a long time between one course and another, perhaps you have not paused enough before you have. Value for money great, the cost is worth how much you ate.
