I appreciate the consistency in food here. The burgers are always good. The shakes are great. Onion rings fried perfectly. A great lunch stop at a good price.
I loved this place only went once, I kinda cleared out the place I have a problem with noises and movement and scares people... But food was great but is a little pricey
Haven't had a maid rite since covid started. East Moline store has very limited hours and is closed by 6 pm. Milan is open till 8 pm. Waiter was very efficient and friendly.
The food was average. The young servers were loudly using a lot of profanity while talking to each other, discussing personal matters like their boyfriends getting them pregnant. My daughter and I were hoping for a quiet place to relax and enjoy a meal. One of the server’s boyfriends was standing nearby, giving intimidating looks to customers and acting like a troublemaker. We decided to leave before the situation escalated. It’s disappointing because I’ve been coming to this Maid-Rite location since I was a kid, and it used to be a great spot. I won’t be returning.
We made a special trip to visit this restaurant and arrived at 6 PM, only to find it closed, even though their posted hours indicated they should be open until 8 PM. Please update your hours!
