Overall, reviews for the Arctic Circle restaurant were mixed. Some customers were disappointed with the cleanliness of the establishment and the quality of the food, such as soggy chicken tenders and disappointing shakes. Others were pleased with the service and the food, with one customer even experiencing exceptional kindness from a manager who paid for their meal when they realized they had forgotten their wallet. The atmosphere and family-friendly environment were also highlighted as positive aspects of the restaurant. While there were some minor issues with cleanliness and food quality, the majority of customers seemed satisfied with their experience at Arctic Circle.
I stopped by while waiting for the bus, and it was my first visit to an Arctic Circle. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The price of the milkshake was a bit on the high side, and they forgot to add my marshmallow mix, which is why I’m taking away a star. However, it was still very delicious!
The drive-thru service was extremely slow, and the prices were much higher than expected for the quality of the food. We ordered a couple of shakes, and they were quite disappointing. The pumpkin pie shake lacked whipped cream and had an overwhelming amount of spices. Overall, it felt like a waste of both time and money. I would much prefer to buy a pint of ice cream from the store for a fraction of the price.
Came and waited for the bus. It was my first time in an Artic Circle and I was pleasantly surprised. The milkshake price was a little high, and they forgot to add my Marschmallow mix. That's why I'm docking the star. Still very tasty.
Without a doubt, the best dining experience I've ever had. The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. I ordered a large meal for my family, reached into my pocket to pay, and realized I had forgotten my wallet. As I was about to leave, the manager—by the way he carried himself, I assumed he was—paid for my meal. His mindset behind this gesture reflects the values of a truly great person. He simply asked me to pay it forward, which I will gladly do. Arctic Circle, know that this place thrives not just because of its policies, but because of the incredible team that runs it.
I felt quite humiliated having to ask for a key to use the restroom, reminiscent of a grimy old gas station. This made me question the cleanliness of the entire place. HOWEVER, the blackberry shake was outstanding, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just one.
