I placed an order on August 7, 2022, at 9:03 PM, and everything went smoothly initially. However, after waiting until 10:15 PM, I called the restaurant to check the status of my order, as the app indicated it was still being prepared. I was informed that my order had been canceled because it was past their last call (they close at 10:00 PM, and I live just 2 minutes away). The biggest problem was that they didn't notify me about the cancellation. I had to call to find out what happened and to ensure my money was refunded. It's frustrating how they handle their customers, especially considering I had reached out multiple times to inform them that their Google listing was marked as permanently closed.
I recently had the best baked pizza I've had in a long time. The thin crust was perfectly cooked, and the flavor was delightful. Plus, the person at the register was very pleasant!
This Pizza Hut is exceptional. The food is always delicious and consistently arrives on time.
The restaurant accurately fulfilled our order and did so promptly. The staff was polite and efficient, which is a rare find these days.
We ordered the thin crust Supreme and the thin crust BBQ chicken. Unfortunately, it resembled, felt, and tasted like pizza that had been left out for three days. Even the air fryer couldn’t revive it. From now on, we're sticking with Marco's. What a letdown!
