This has been my favorite pharmacy for years!! I moved about an hour away and now I?m not considered a ?REGULAR? so my scripts don?t get filled in a timely manner and the regular customers get prioritized over mine even if mine was received first. View all feedback.
Our family had an excellent experience during our first visit to Midlothian Apothecary today. We took our 4.5-year-old daughter for her vaccination, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, making her feel at ease. The pharmacists were incredibly accommodating and even made special arrangements for our younger son to get his vaccine later this week. The customer service was outstanding, and we look forward to coming back again!
We took our toddler for her first COVID shot today. They informed us that COVID vaccinations for toddlers are only administered on Thursdays and Fridays when the nurse is available (it's best to call ahead for confirmation). Everyone was incredibly nice, and the process was quick and smooth. My daughter didn't even cry! As a reward, she got a milkshake afterward. The only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable was that none of the staff, including the nurse and the pharmacist, were wearing masks. I suppose that’s the new normal for healthcare workers these days. Overall, we were happy that our daughter received her Moderna shot.
I've been to many restaurants, but this one is my favorite! The service is warm and attentive, and everything is always served without delay. I've never had a reason to complain! It truly deserves five stars!
I love this pharmacy and the Darby?s. There is nothing better than a home grown pharmacy who ?everybody knows your name? when you walk in the door. I cannot thank them enough for their consistency, their patience and their assistance. Thank youMidlothian Pharmacy.
