Owner cheerful and service great. The halibut I ordered was so greasy and oil just oozed out of it. Used lots of napkins to sop it up. Wish it was better as the staff were great! View all feedback.
The owner was friendly and the service was excellent. The herbed butter I ordered was very greasy and oily, requiring many napkins to soak it up. I would have preferred it to be better, but the staff was fantastic!
Eating outside was a pleasant experience. We visited on May 9th and it appeared that the restaurant had recently opened. The food, which included fish and burgers, was decent. It would enhance the overall experience if the owners accepted forms of payment other than cash and provided local toilet facilities. The prices were acceptable, although slightly on the higher side - a piece of fish with some chips served on a paperboard without a drink cost $13.

However, the overall experience could be enhanced if the owners accepted payment through methods other than cash and had restroom facilities on site. The prices were reasonable, but slightly on the higher side. For example, a piece of fish with some chips served on a paper plate without a beverage.
5 star halibut. Crispy and tasty. Best chip wagon around. The owner is nice and very generous with his portions. You really don’t want to miss this one.
Top notch. Fish was generous, tasty and freshly prepared. Chips were great quality, fresh. Portions were generous, service is friendly. Definitely worth a stop!
