As someone with a gluten intolerance, I was disappointed to find that the options for gluten-free items at this restaurant were scarce and dry, with most sauces containing gluten. I asked to speak to the chef but the manager refused, claiming that the chefs did not speak English. While the other patrons enjoyed their meals, I did not have a pleasant dining experience.
This restaurant is fantastic. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I have already visited twice and will definitely go back again. I highly recommend it.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely go back again. However, there were two things that were disappointing. Firstly, the steak had to be cooked well done and I couldn't choose to have it medium rare. Secondly, the cocktails were not the best in my opinion. As a bartender with 4 years of experience, I couldn't taste any alcohol in them. The Tequila Sunrise tasted like a mocktail and one of the cocktails was supposed to be a Zombie but was actually a Sex on the Beach. Perhaps the bartenders could use some more training. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily return.
Very nice food and a variety of food choices and sweets. however the staff is very rude! They don't communicate and they look at you like they are sick of their lives. They don't smile and their expressions make you wanna leave, you don't feel free to eat because you feel like they're judging you. They don't clean the tables unless you tell them to even though its a buffet and its their job as the tables need to be cleaned.
Food is just to say ok I even found a free false nail in the strawberry ice cream Very expensive for the quality of what's on offer. You could go to Aneesas in Newcastle for a couple of quid more and experience high quality buffet that'll make you realise how substandard W2 is!
