No, no, no, this is not what fish and chips should be. The fish was a mushy, flavorless white fish, and the batter was thin and soggy. I thought I'd give it a chance and try something different, but I won't be returning again. View all feedback.
I visited this restaurant today for a kebab and an additional order of large fries. Unfortunately, I received a small portion of stale kebab meat atop stale fries, with no salad or pita bread. I paid nearly £8 for this disappointing meal. The chili sauce was just a mixture of cheap tomato ketchup and chili powder. I do not recommend spending your money at this shop as the food is terrible. I would give it zero stars if I could.
I decided to visit this restaurant because I typically enjoy the food here. However, my experience was dampened by the poor customer service. Upon entering, I was met with unfriendly looks and lack of enthusiasm. The staff also seemed to lack the ability to handle customer complaints without arguing. It's important to remember that I only want my order to be correct, not to cause any trouble. I believe the staff can do better and should work in a field they enjoy.
I placed an order through Just Eat, but it was never delivered. When I inquired about it, they claimed that it was delivered to a man who answered the door. However, there are no males living at my address, so it is clear that they either delivered to the wrong address or did not deliver at all. They didn't even attempt to apologize for the mistake. I will not be ordering from them again.
If I could put zero I would Fish was cold on arrival The order was incorrect and when calling to explain it was wrong was argued against that it was the correct order when I know it wasn't as I ordered Curry sauce not garlic. Will not order again and advise staff get some Training in customer service skills
