I thought this pizza was quite mediocre. The bottom was definitely not airy. I have the idea that they use millet in it, which is always less for a pizza base. But the topping was the least. The cheese they use is just not good. It was very poor. The only plus point was that the pizza was almost not greasy, but it could also be a minus, and that it was not too salty.
