Discovering this gem in Dallas was a delightful surprise, with rich and intense food that hits the spot. The upstairs area offers a fantastic view, perfect for a cool breezy day. The service was exceptionally friendly, though some dishes like the Tuna Tartare and Chicken Parm weren't as impressive. Despite the food being good, the prices seemed high for the small and unassuming restaurant. The neighborhood charm and welcoming staff make it a great spot for a cozy meal, especially if you're looking for authentic Afghani cuisine. The innovative menu and delicious offerings make it a place worth revisiting, with homemade pasta dishes that are simply divine. Overall, NiDo Caffe is a solid choice for those seeking a warm atmosphere, friendly service, and flavorful dishes.

I highly recommend the Paprikasalat and the Ravioli di Short Ribs! The dishes were incredibly flavorful. The staff here were very welcoming. It’s a cozy restaurant with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. There are also plenty of parking spaces available. The selection of wines and beers is excellent! View all feedback.
What Omi dislikes about Nido Caffé:
Me and my woman went for lunch yesterday. Pros: The complimentary bread was solid The fig ravioli was delicious! And the staff was very kind. Cons: My lasagna was no good. The sauce did not taste homemade and the noodles were extremely overcooked. It was as if the lasagna was frozen. My woman ordered the salmon and to tell you the truth, there was nothing special about it. The flavor of the salmon was pretty bland.... View all feedback.
What a terrific dining experience. The setting is wonderful for conversation, the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. We will return.
Always consistent—which is very very good. I always return. The newer black and white menus look nice but are hard to read the descriptions (although I don’t need to as I know the menu by heart).
Second bday dinner at this lovely establishment was just as good as the first. The house made pasta is simply the best around, fresh and with incredible flavor and vibrant sauces. We had the grouper ravioli with saffron sauce and the Porcini papardelle, which was half gone before I could even get a pic ???? If you are a lover of all pasta like myself, this is your place! Not abad wine list also! Definitely worth a look.
All I could say is WOW. Came for dinner with my boyfriend Simón for our anniversary. I expected a nice casual dinner, but this place exceeded my expectations. The service was fantastic and the ladies serving last night were extremely accommodating, quickand friendly. Ambiance felt like my visit to Italy a few years ago! AMAZING food, I didn't even want to touch the plate it wasso pretty! then I didn't want to swallow the pasta because the flavor was so delicious! ????This is our new place to go. Greatjob guys!!. So refreshing to find somewhere that does it right!! If you are thinking about visiting NiDo, JUST DO IT!!!!!! ????
