Feedback
The restaurant received a mix of reviews, with some diners finding the food extremely disappointing, while others praised the establishment. Some major complaints included poor food quality, inflexible gluten-free options, and lackluster customer service when issues were raised. However, those who enjoyed their experience highlighted excellent food, service, and ambiance. Reviews praised dishes such as the Warm charred octopus, Famous truffle fries, Garganelli Bolognese, and tiramisu. Overall, opinions were divided, with some diners vowing never to return and others declaring it a must-visit spot.
Food was tasty but portions were small for the price. We didnât feel full and ended up eating after leaving the restaurant. That speaks volumes.
For Valentineâs Day it was a good experience. Only things I would recommend is, maybe having a little bit longer between courses/making the meal experience a little longer, we were in and out within minutes and was supposed to be a nice and romantic Valentineâs Day meal. Also I ordered a NA drink and was charged twice for it (refill) and no where on the menu did it state there would be a second charge for a refill so my Coca-Cola ended up being Wouldâve liked notice before asking for another one. Also when we were seated, we were sat in a booth literally on top of another couple, we were so close I felt d if I was in their conversation and when someone would get up from the booth side their face or butt was in your face, seemed like a lot of open tables and I wish I was seated at least a foot away from another party rather then inches away. Other than that everything was great, food was impeccable and staff was extremely kind! Highly recommend but, go not expecting an intimate environment.
Wow Quality Service by Nicolas at the Bar!! He explained everything and recommended daily specials to specialty plates. Amazing first visit including the Manager Galas Tiramisu Recommendation. I'll be back with friends ???? A+
