I would rate it 5 stars, but I've noticed that they’ve started using cheaper ingredients in some of their popular dishes, and you can really tell. The chicken strips used to be the best, no question about it (in my opinion), but now they’re just average at best. This seems to be a broader trend with Jack in the Box rather than just this location, but it still impacts the overall experience.
I've always come to this place to find happiness. The manager, Carol, provides excellent customer service and is always helpful and friendly.

I visited the Drive Thru to order breakfast, and usually, I don't have any issues since Jack In The Box is open 24 hours. However, the employee on duty told me the kitchen was closed. I parked in front of the restaurant and noticed the drive-thru worker sitting in his car with his headset on. To my shock, he was engaging in inappropriate behavior. When I asked him what he was doing, he seemed startled and told me to leave. I then questioned if this was the reason the kitchen was closed, as it appeared he was more interested in himself than working. He hurried back inside the restaurant, but I couldn't help but wonder if he had washed his hands—it's a very unpleasant thought. I've attempted to file reports, but I've had trouble reaching anyone at the Jack In The Box corporate office. If you plan on eating at Jack In The Box, I would advise against going when this individual is working.
