Its 3pm in the afternoon n all staff are outside smoking, while car lift. Then they say they closed 20min. This happened 3 xs this week! Really?
How can you be open until 2am but stop taking orders except for delivery orders after 10? What's thr point then? I'm better off eating at home.
My sister-in-law and I decided to stop by this Rally?s which she loves! In Raleigh off Austin peay, We placed our order was asked to pull to the opposite window once the order was placed when I tell you the fries ? where burned with last week grease as was the chicken sandwich with the #6 my dog would even eat it money blowed this place doesn?t even deserve one ?? NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't recommend this restaurant. I live nearby and have tried to stop by a few times for a quick soda or ice cream, but there's always been a problem. The first time I went, the machine was broken and they didn’t have what I wanted. During my second visit, I was surprised to find them open and serving food. However, on my third attempt around 10 PM, I was told they were closed for a shift change. I hadn’t returned for about six months because I didn't want to waste my time. Today, around 2:45 PM, I decided to give them another chance, only to find employees sitting outside who informed me they were closed. I really wish they would either shut this place down or replace it with a restaurant that actually serves customers during their advertised hours. It feels like a waste of space, and based on other reviews, I’m not alone in my feelings. I hope this helps someone looking for food—just head down the street to a better option.
I was driving with my friend, who was behind the wheel. We placed our orders, but he received two meals from the same restaurant by mistake. The staff were very rude and kept insisting that they had no food available.
