October 2024 4 stars It was our first time here at Veloce Pizza Bar. Food was good and we received friendly service. A few things we can pick, hence one star down. So I'll get into more details on food now. Arancini was good, we liked it a lot. Pollo Fungi Rigatoni was a bit bland, maybe a hint of salt and pepper or more cheese in the cream sauce would lift the dish a little. The pizza was a little too burnt for our liking. I liked the dough and its crisp but the burnt bit was a little off putting and unpleasant to eat. Tiramisu was okay which they said they just introduced it on the menu. Do I think it's a selling dish? I would say it could have been improved a little, I think it's a bit too sweet but it would sell because it's Tiramisu, Italian most well-known dessert. Cosy little restaurant with a decent pizza and pasta menu. The cocktails are also very nice. We ordered a range of pizzas to share and they were all delicious each with a decent amount of toppings. The pizza dough was not too dense, rather light and still fluffy. Highly recommend if you're in the area and feel like pizza.
