Kobab is a great little Korean lunchtime eatery. It's more of a casual takeaway place as there are only a handful of tables and counter if you want to eat in. Food is always great value tasty and very cheap at under $10 for meals (rice, meat, some salad leaves). I seem to find myself here most lunchtimes. Staff are super friendly and service is fast. Kobab consistently delivers with quick service, tasty food, and reasonable pricing. I hope they are able to weather the current decrease in business from city workers. I can't wait to visit Kobab again!
This restaurant offers high-quality food at an unbeatable price in the CBD.
This small takeout shop with a few tables inside is known for its lightning-fast service, especially in the CBD. I couldn't believe how quickly my spicy chicken bibimbap was ready after I paid. I only had time to take 2 quick pictures before grabbing my meal. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and cheerful cashier. It's no wonder this place is popular among tradespeople. The prices were extremely reasonable, with all the dishes I saw priced under $10. My spicy chicken bibimbap was delicious, with fresh salad, good rice, and plenty of spicy chicken. If you're looking for affordable and tasty food, this place might just be perfect for you. I certainly enjoyed my experience here.
Whether you’re looking for a meal or a meal, you’ll always find a hidden meal. It's hard to find a good price and a quality cup rice in Melbourne. I think it is much more delicious than a cup rice that was eaten in Korea. The staff are also friendly and comfortable. If you are smiling, you can also relax. Please feel free to contact us!
What a gem of a place! This little eatery run by Korean staff serves the surrounding office buildings. The food is cheap, fast, generous and delicious. Come noon, office workers start coming to order their meals, mostly to takeaway, and the staff are well organised and start preparing the food even before the customer pays. Several customers got their food within a couple of minutes. I ordered the popcorn chicken bap and that took a little longer, but no more than 5 minutes.<br/ <br/ The meal was a great size, filled with generous chunks of chicken. This was reminiscent of the karaage chicken don at Rice Workshop, just with more chicken and slightly cheaper, so that's hard to beat. The amount of rice was decent, almost insufficient for the amount of chicken they gave you (that's a good problem to have right there). The dish cost only $9.60, which was amazing value for the size.<br/ <br/ Seating space is limited here, but there are a few tables outside the store (still under shade), a couple of tables inside and a few bar stools. Minimum EFTPOS is $5, which is very reasonable compared to other shops that request as much as a $30 minimum.<br/ <br/ If I worked nearby I'd definitely be having lunch here regularly.
