I have had to lower my rating as the quality and speed of the service has been going downhill with every order. Last order was for a 36 piece tenders box, got a small dinner box with the 36 pieces squashed in like they were making a block cake. If that wasnt enough when i got home and counted the pieces, not only are the pieces significantly smaller than they use to be; but 6 of the pieces were actuall one piece spl... View all feedback.
KFC Doncaster is fantastic. They consistently deliver excellent taste, quality, and service. Even on busy days with long lines of customers, everyone is willing to wait because the staff is so efficient in handling the high demand.
The food was delicious and served hot. However, there was an issue with slow service due to the fact that the same person was serving and cooking in the kitchen. This was not an efficient way to provide quick service as we had to wait with our engine off for minutes at a standstill. Despite this, the food was still delicious and deserving of 4 stars.
Update: During my last two visits, the same guy took my order and remembered my preferences, his name tag said Andrew. He was very friendly and a pleasant surprise. I usually have a complicated order, so it was nice not to have to repeat it myself. I was not surprised or disappointed when a few changes were not included in my order, as they usually get them right at this KFC location. Eating here is always a good experience for fast food. Also, there are some changes in the parking layout and walkway currently in progress, which seem to be an improvement.

The children are in order. the line is long in drive thru. but the children who take the command make a good job. they get it done. well done. they don't deserve bad proven **** for trying to do their jobs, I would say the people are idiots because the long wait. you are the kings and queen of the fat fried food and I salute you! the last time it was good.
