KFC offers a mixed experience, where the quality of food often shines amidst challenges. While many patrons rave about the tender, crispy chicken and generous portions, others express disappointment with hygiene standards and service inconsistencies. The upstairs dining area’s frequent closures frustrate those seeking a sit-down experience. Quick service is a plus, but some meals arrive poorly assembled or cold. Cleanliness remains a concern, with messy tables and unexpected wildlife in the dining space. Overall, while the flavor can be gratifying, customers are urged to check their orders and be prepared for potential dining inconveniences.

Was Anonym at Kfc Bourke St a mag?
The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious, as always. A big shoutout to Willy D, the amazing Leroy, and the rest of the team for crafting the largest Zinger box I've ever seen! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Kfc Bourke St:
Wasn't overall impressed. Place was dirty, un inviting and not very plesant. Upstairs dining was closed. They where quick with the meal but I wasn't impressed with that either. View all feedback.
Absolutely amazing chicken! The food arrived promptly and the dining experience on the upstairs level was lovely. However, the different music playing on each floor was a bit odd.
I have been to KFC a few times and overall, it's quite good. However, I recommend double-checking your order before leaving as I have noticed a few errors in the past year. I don't believe it was intentional, but it's happened more than once.
I had been craving KFC for over a month and I finally got my fix, thanks to the constant ads I had been seeing on YouTube. The chicken was absolutely delicious - tender and juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. It hit the spot for me. I also got a large portion of potato and gravy for dipping. I couldn't give it 5 stars because they had run out of the chicken bucket so they had to use a regular cardboard carry bag, and the potato and gravy had more gravy than mashed potato. Despite these minor issues, I will definitely be returning for my fried chicken fix.
I've been having a thing for fried chicken during ISO and KFC is a quick fix. Ordering in advance and picking up makes social distancing easy, and dinner is ready to go. The kids are loving it, especially when popcorn chicken is involved. The staff here had my order ready and everything was as ordered. The chips were crispy and the chicken pieces weren't soggy like I have had in the past. The skin is still as delicious as I remember and I really am a sucker for their peppery potato and gravy. Sure it's fast food at it's most basic, but in ISO sometimes you just need those comforting things that you don't have to give any thought to. And it always makes my kids happy!!
