Was Anonym at Kaneda a mag?
Good place for a quick lunch or to grab a decent meal. Definitely didn't wow me and not the best place in the city, but just what you want fron such a small, humble place. Decent, rather tasty and cheap food. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Kaneda:
booked on the fork to 50% discount not to recognize it was only part of the menu at the discounted price, disappointed, although with the meals ordered to the full price, service was great and overall enjoyed our culinary experience: View all feedback.

Went for an early Saturday night dinner date. The staff were super polite and friendly, greeting us with a smile, then waiting quietly until we were ready to order. The vibe was comfortable and relaxed with a singable playlist of classic pop rock an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Food was tasty and well priced! Would recommend the nasu dengaku (miso glazed eggplant) and aburi salmon donburi, so yum! Definitely want to return for a proper drink up to try all the smaller dishes there's quite a variety.
Best Japanese food in Melbourne. And such a good price. Can be crowded but that's because the food and service is so good
I recently dined at this cozy restaurant located in the Mid City arcade and was impressed by the quality and affordability of the menu. The sashimi was fresh and delicious, the bento box offered a satisfying dinner portion, and the beef dish was especially tasty. The restaurant has both a large table for bigger groups and smaller tables for groups of four. The staff were friendly and provided prompt service. I appreciated that they accept efpos payments and offer takeaway containers for a minimal charge of 50 cents. I would definitely return to this restaurant in the future.
