I placed an online order for pickup, but when we picked up the food, it was cold and missing two items. I called the restaurant to request a refund for the missing items, but they refused to assist me over the phone. Overall, I would rate the food 1/5, the service 1/5, and the atmosphere 1/5. I cannot recommend this place.
The service was average, but I really don't enjoy cold burgers, especially after waiting for some time. I had to inquire about my order myself. Overall, I found it to be quite pricey.
