Was Toy Haag at Café Lua a mag?
During my week in Melbourne visiting from England, I had the pleasure of dining out at many great restaurants, but this cafe truly stole my heart. The standout dishes were the courgette fritters and their delicious chai latte. I couldn't resist going back every day once I discovered it. What Carrie Kerluke dislikes about Café Lua:
Needs to lift its game. My coffee was disappointingly bland and underpowered. It tasted like I imagine instant coffee mixed with dishwater would taste. My muesli cookie thingy was as dry as a medieval monk's manuscript and near inedible. The servers were more interested in themselves than the few scattered customers.
