For what it is, good work on the concept.Now that this has become a franchise, I always find that it is hard to deliver "consistency" in all of their stores.I can't fault the food, they are good but one thing very apparent, the level of inconsistent service between stores, that's the issue with franchise food, no "love" like most family food restaurants are run. The restaurant has a relaxing ambience. The staffs are very friendly and quick in serving the customer.I tried their banh mi (Vietnamese Sandwich) and I like it.The bread is very crisp and tender at the same time. Salad perfectly seasoned and the chicken is perfectly cooked too.I think this is one of healthy and cheap food that you can have in Melbourne. They don't use too much dressing or ingredients with bad calories on their menu. So,it's very healthy!My suggestion for the restaurant is probably to add more menus or seasonal menu.Overall,it's a pleasant visit and I'll come back again for sure.
We both got a vermicelli noodle salad, 1 pulled chicken and 1 meatball. Meatball was the favourite. Flavours were good, would have preferred the more traditional dressing of nuoc mam but was still good. Staff were good and place is really clean.
Wow super fresh / fresh tasting food, delicious delicious delicious. Very friendly knowledgeable staff a joy to eat there loved it as we could eat at the window people watching in Melbourne what a treat. Really loved the food.
