Delightfully simple and delightfully tasty. Take the best vego African curry, serve it up on a very generous piece of injera bread (the spongy one) and marvel at just how tasty it is. Then double check the bill to see just how cheap it is...More
My daughter and I had lunch recently at Awash.We had read good reviews so were a little surprised to find the restaurant empty on arrival just after midday, but it only made the experience better as we received very attentive and personal service from the lovely and friendly hostess who was also the cook.The food was basic but simply delicious, my daughter had a vegetarian selection and I had lamb, it was all served on a very large plate atop some Injera and accompanied by a simple and crispy fresh side salad in a light, tasty dressing.The food here is very good.
We had a very good African dinner. The lady was really kind and lovely. Place absolutely confortable is like to stay at home. Food delicious and price too
Excellent food. The chef is like a caring mother, putting effort and love into every meal. Great prices and tasty; always an easy option!
