1st time arrived at BCR was not hesitate to come again. Front Office.. Good wellcoming Culinary.. Fast n less 10 mins F B.. Hotelian style serving Price.. affordable (nak sedap masak sendirila) Meals.. Nice graving tasty Dining Place.. Slight windy n good ventilation Cutlery.. No matter about brand but hotel looking So... Strenght.. Staffing, Location, Seating Plan, Meals Choices, Malay ownership Weaknesess.. Parking space, Dining space width Oppoturnities.. Customer as marketing agents, Branches expend, Foreign visitors Threats.. Economic recession, New cafe competing, Demographic changes Current Result..... SATISFIED.
